This is where we get to assess your profile to determine if you are a good fit for Canadian employers who are facing labor shortages.

Your work experience, level of education, certificates, including your English proficiency will be assessed.

Furthermore, you’ll also undergo a character assessment test to ascertain your chances of securing a job in Canada.

This step involves two processes. On one hand, we will work alongside the candidate in getting their professional profile ready for job hunting in Canada. Of course, with the hope that they will be secure an offer from a Canadian employer. Then, on the other hand, we will also assist the candidate in collecting their details and documents, which will be essential to the immigration application process, after Canadian employment has been secured.

On getting your information ready, our trusted RCIC will submit your profile to the pool of candidates who are skilled foreign nationals. This categories of candidates will be exposed to invitations by the Federal or Provincial government, including the private sectors which involves local Canadian employers from the Job bank.

At this stage, as part of the job hunting, we will support and equip the candidate through different coaching sessions, interview preparations, CV optimization, job hunting strategies, and job matches from different Canadian employers.

Here, the Candidate must have secured a job offer through Job Bank, the pool of candidates, staffing agencies, or from a thorough search you did in partnership with our HR team.

Here, the candidate’s full immigration case has been submitted to IRCC, either PNP, LMIA, or Regional Pilots. At this stage, the candidate with his/her family will enter Canada on Permanent or Temporary legal status.
